We were actually surprised by the spacious and clean room with good shower and bathtub amenities. The hotel also provided a tea drinking set and coffee sachets, which added a luxurious touch. The hotel facilities including parking and transportation were great, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast options. The staff were also helpful and provided good service.

the breakfast was really delicious with a lot of varieties to choose from. I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff who were always ready to assist. the hotel also boasted a great location, making it easy to access the different attractions of the city.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were blown away by the enhanced comfort and quality services provided. This hotel provides spacious and clean rooms with good amenities like a tea drinking set and Nescafe sachets in the room. the bathroom facilities are excellent, with a bathtub that has a TV on the foot-end to relax and a shower that provides good water spray. the lobby might be empty, but the rooms exceed expectations with luxury features at a reasonable price.

The restaurant doesn't seem to serve authentic western food and the call service for room service needs improvement.

Celebrating the new year was amazing at this hotel. The service was brilliant, staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and spotless. The view from the window was breathtaking, overlooking the city lights. The breakfast buffet offered an array of different dishes from traditional to western. Location was perfect with an easy walking distance to popular attractions.

The check-in process was very slow and frustrating. Also, the noise coming from the adjacent rooms was quite loud and disturbed our rest from time to time. Nevertheless, these minor issues do not detract from the overall positive experience at this hotel. Highly recommended!
